I started my yoga practice at age 18 to improve my endurance and keep my body healthy while skiing. It wasn’t long before I began to notice the profound positive effect yoga and meditation had on my mental health.

In 2012 I began working for Deepak Chopra as a wellness event planner. I became certified in yoga, Primordial Sound Meditation, and Ayurveda through the Chopra Center for Wellbeing (now Chopra Global).

During my time working for Chopra Global, I learned from some of the most influential thought leaders in consciousness and personal growth.

As a Wellness Event Planner and instructor, I was a part of hundreds of workshops, seminars, trainings, and retreats focusing on using mindfulness tools to help people feel better.

My dad is a Marine veteran who served in the Vietnam war who also served in the Air Force Special Services when I was a child. He inspired me to specialize in trauma-conscious yoga and meditation. I have nearly 10 years of experience teaching military veterans and their families through non-profits such as Connected Warriors, Vetitation, and Wellness With Horses.

It is OK to feel s#!+y some days. It is my hope that my classes and programs help see you through to brighter days.

There will be ups and downs on this wild ride called life. Give yourself grace, mindfulness practices like yoga and meditation, and surround yourself with loving support from others who get you. There may be no going back, but there is so much more waiting for you ahead.
